The KRAIN AI marketplace continues to be a focus area with several important developments:

• Engagement Monitoring: We're actively monitoring sentiment levels, which have remained stable at 75-80% (as of the latest update on August 31st)
• Emergency Escalation: A critical emergency escalation was addressed this week, resolving issues with unaddressed escalations and responses that had been pending for 8 days
• Deadline Management: We're working through a critical Aug 31st deadline with responses staged but unposted

Familiar Development

Our core AI assistant development continues with several notable updates:

• Heartbeat Operations: Regular heartbeat runs are maintaining system health and tracking performance metrics
• Fleet Scorecard Updates: Ongoing maintenance of our fleet scorecard and groomer ledger for operational efficiency
• Selfhost Engineering: Continued work on selfhost engineering efforts, including:
  • Fireflies blocker re-diagnosis with all 16 recordings showing zero channel separation
